Copy My Data is an application that allows you to transfer all the information from one Android smartphone to another. This way, whenever you are ready to update your smartphone, all it will take is for you to run the application on both devices and follow the information you see on your screen.
In order to transfer information, you can choose one of two ways: via Wi-Fi, or using Google Drive. In either case, the process is very simple and will only take a few minutes (it may take longer if you want to back up your photos and videos).
As for the list of information that you can transfer from one device to another, it is as follows: contacts, journal, photos and videos. The first two categories only take a little of your time, but transferring your photos and videos may take more than 15 minutes, depending largely on their size.
