You are interested as a student from outside Qatar and not residing in Qatar, among the above types, only international students scholarships.
If you are residing in Qatar, you can apply for either the International Student Scholarships, the Emir of Qatar Scholarships, or the Competitive Scholarships. Other than that, you can register for other scholarships as well.
On the Qatar University scholarship, you can study:
Bachelor's degree for those who have completed high school.
Master's degree for those who have completed a bachelor's degree.
PhD for those who have completed their master's studies.
